Maple
This unique pendant lights defies the natural rigidity of wood to create an abstract form that draws from the curves and bends found in tree rings, scraggly branches, and the light shining through them. It stemmed from an eclectic curation of art and wood pieces in this North Vancouver couple's home and their appreciation of the meandering trails of the nearby mountains.

This home lies in the heart of art galleries and the resident called for a piece that expressed more than just function. Using mixed materials, and various methods of support, this piece is both functional and intriguing. going beyond the standard shelving units or bar carts.

The entryway was tight and cluttered by a large coat closet so we reimagined the space with a functional bench unit with hooks and versatile storage. The result was a beautifully integrated unit that opened up the space with splashes of wooden elements ready to serve as a backdrop for an array of every day items.
